What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

- Booking information when you schedule through Cal.com (name, email, time zone, meeting notes you provide).
- Usage and device data such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, and referrer, via analytics and the Meta Pixel where enabled.
- Technical logs from our hosting provider (IP address, request metadata) needed to run and secure the site.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
Why we use it
- Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- Measure ad performance and understand which channels bring visitors (including Meta advertising tools).
- Protect the site against abuse and technical failures.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, for example:
- Website hosting and infrastructure
- Cal.com for scheduling
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for pixel-based measurement and ads, when the pixel is active
- Email and communication tools we use to reply to you
Those processors act on our instructions or under their own privacy terms for the product you use (for example, Cal.com’s policy when you book). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services.
Retention
We keep inquiry and booking records as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a normal business relationship, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required, unless a longer period is needed for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is retained according to each tool’s settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@hazvex.com. We may need to verify your request.
Cookies and pixels
